Injection molding

Plastic covered ball bearings are mainly used for various office furniture systems and are part of the product portfolio of Reich GmbH. In our molding department the plastic cages and the plastic coat-ings are considered supplementary work processes “giving shape to granules”. Handling and molding tools are manufactured in the company’s tool shop in accordance with customer requirements.

Our machinery includes, among other equipment:

• NC-controlled hydraulic worm-type injection machines with parts removal robots and partly with automatic insert machines
• Bell-crank lever molding machines
• Injection molding machines such as FERROMATIK Elektra 100

Different injection molding processes are applied for the manufacturing these products. Functional-ity, stability, exotic material combinations or part geometry can easily be integrated in the produc-tion processes.
